Just had my first visit with Celestial Dental and I’d give them 6 stars if I could. Hands down the best experience I’ve had at any dentist. Several years ago I had a really bad experience at a different dentist and hadn’t been back since. Now I honestly can’t wait to come back here and that’s something I never thought I’d say about a dental office!

After years of avoiding dental work due to horrible experiences at other facilities, lack of insurance and just plain anxiety; I can not say enough good things about celestial dental. To start the front office staff is the most pleasant, accommodating people we have ever come across. When they say we will find you an appointment earlier based on cancellations they really do reach back out ! On top of that my husband was in so much pain after a tooth broke right in the front. They got us in the next day and had a plan ready to go for us. No judgement. They fixed his tooth and it’s never looked better. The day after his tooth got fixed another tooth started causing him intense pain (a tooth they did have a plan to remove in about a month) when he called and told them they got him in that day for an extraction. You can tell this office really cares about the well being of their patients as well as the patients want to look and release good about their smile. I’m so glad we found this place and finally found a place we are comfortable going to keep up with our dental health. I 10/10 recommend coming here !

I cannot say enough good things about Celestial Dental. The office staff are kind and helpful, much more than other medical offices. Every staff member at Celestial Dental treated me with care and compassion. I have had horrific experiences with dental work, which caused severe anxiety and avoiding dental care. I am extremely difficult to numb and I have woken up from deep sedation general anesthesia screaming in pain. Dr. C and Hannah did absolutely everything they could to help with my anxiety and unusual numbing issues. I had an urgent need to get 2 teeth extracted and this was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. The extraction ended up being extremely difficult, Dr. C had to drill a little into my jaw. I had preciously gone to Oral-Maxillofacial Surgeons who could not extract these teeth. Dr. C and all of his staff helped to ease my anxiety as much as possible. My pain was minimal due to all the careful attention and monitoring by Dr. C and Hannah. I cannot thank Dr. C and all his staff enough for helping me with dental issues I have had for years due to other dental offices not being able to numb me properly. I would give 10 stars if I could!!! Edit to add how cool the space decorations and lighting are. They definitely help with distracting you if you're anxious

I needed a tooth extraction immediately. My regular dentist would not be able to handle my issues for potential weeks so I searched for another solution and found Celestial Dental. I had no real expectations except hoping they could remove the tooth but -WOW! First impression was when I spoke to their receptionist on the phone who aside from being exceptionally polite and friendly - she made me feel as if she GENUINELY wanted to help me out. They got me in same day for a consult and I was again blown away by how gorgeous the facility is, and how absolutely wonderful the staff and Dr. C are! They care, well above the normal expected bedside manner and I felt that even though they didn’t know me - they truly wanted to help. The day of the extraction (the next day!! Not even 24 hours later!) went so smoothly. They are fully prepared to talk you through your options, talk you through any nerves your may be experiencing, and had multiple ways to offer extra comfort (pillows, blankets, music, stress balls, etc) to make the procedure as painless as possible. The worst part of any dental work is always the numbing shots - But Dr C knows what he’s doing any they were virtually pain free! He and his staff - Maddie and Hannah specifically - were so incredibly compassionate and funny. Continually checking in, making jokes, talking to each other as friends and colleagues to take your mind off of the procedure. The best part - they promised their techniques would provide extreme relief to any post-dental work pain I would experience. I was skeptical because, extractions always come with extreme soreness and pain for the next day or so, but as I’m typing this the next morning I have had NO pain from the surgical sites! To say I am BLOWN AWAY is an understatement. I may have started with no expectations when I called them, but now I’m spoiled and cannot possibly see any other dental practices comparing to them. My family and I will be making them our primary dental practice and I will absolutely encourage EVERYONE who is considering any type of dental work to give them a call! I started to avoid all dentists because of a bad experience with Aspen dental, but Celestial restored my faith. They treat you like a human, not a number. Everyone with no exception is wonderful and they love their job. Those guys do an exceptional job, definitely recommend them

This is the best dental practice I have ever been to. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dental work because of past experiences with other dentists and therefore needed a lot of work done. Dr. C not only is the most compassionate and GENTLE dentist I have ever been to …and he is totally transforming my smile. I cannot believe the difference already in just a couple visits. He constantly checks in with me during procedures to make sure I’m still doing okay and that I’m still numb and not feeling anything. They do whatever it takes to make you comfortable during your appointment, even offering blankets. The place is so clean and comfortable. The waiting room has reclining leather couches but I’m never out there long enough to enjoy them because they always take me right back. They have the most up to date technology. Everyone in the office is so nice from the front desk to clinical staff. I cannot say enough nice things about this practice. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I will never go anywhere else for my dental care.

Dr C and his staff are more than just a dentist, they are family. They cry with you in a tragic situation, and they laugh with you in your celebrations. God Bless you!

Fantastic dental professionals. I came in with multiple issues and I needed some serious work. I’m also very anxious when it’s about any dental work. Dr C is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, very gentle and responds to all of your questions (and I had a lot). He created a treatment plan for me and walked me through it in details before we started any work. I would def recommend him to anyone but especially to patients who are very uncomfortable on the dentist chair. Beside the amazing work of Dr C, the office is really nice, bright and lovely designed in a cosmic theme. Everyone who works there is lovely, from the receptionist to the people in charge of your mouth health. Highly recommend this place.

I had severe pain in my teeth for a few days now. We went to one dentist who was of no help. My mom called Celestial so that way I can get in sooner. And thank you to the amazing staff who actually bumped someone so I could get in and be seen. I also have severe anxiety of the dentist, and had to get a root canal. Thank you to Dr. C who actually calmed my anxiety so much. He made sure I was comfortable and I was so grateful for him and his team. He even took the x-ray cost off the total price for mothers day! Thank you so much Dr. C and his amazing staff. I will come here every time I need something done. Highly recommend! PS: love the space themed office!

I called this morning because I’ve had hell scheduling with my referral dentist… I have had 2 rounds of antibiotics and it just got unbearable. Eastman dental was a 3 hour wait and no other emergency dental answered. The receptionist who answered was the sweetest lady I have ever encountered, she talked to the doctor and told me to come right in. When I got there they got me numb and out of pain immediately, I waited a little while but the aids and Dr.C kept coming in and making sure I was okay and comfortable. The aids and Dr. were absolutely amazing and very personable it was honestly the most amazing experience I’ve ever had. I don’t usually take time to review but they deserve recognition, what an amazing team! P.S. I was also refunded a decent amount for it not being as big of a job as expected

I don't think I could ever express how grateful I am to Rosanna, Hannah, Dr. C and all the staff at Celestial Dental, but I will certainly try. For some context, I am a student at a nearby university that needed an emergency root canal. I do not live near the area, and this was the first health emergency I had to deal with on my own, so my anxiety was especially heightened. I also have a pre-existing intense fear of the dentist's office, I have now had three root canals and countless fillings, all of which were filled with tears (except the one done at Celestial). During the entire process of booking my appointments, Rosanna was incredibly courteous and kind, and showed a level of care that went well beyond any experience I have had before. The facilities astronomy theme I found especially captivating and there is top of the line dental technology to match, which eases your entire process. You are able to see 3D scans of your mouth as well as x-rays practically immediately on big monitors in front of your chair. This makes any conversations you have with the professionals incredibly smooth, as you both can see the visual info and you are always encouraged to ask any questions you may have. This allowed my anxious mind to quell itself, as I was provided with helpful, honest answers along every step. Regarding the root canal itself, it was the least painful experience (checkups included) that I have ever had in any dentist's office. At constant intervals, Dr. C would check in to make sure I was doing okay and let me know if a particular step had a chance of sensitivity. From the very beginning, Dr. C and Hannah took the time to address and accommodate all my concerns. For example, as I entered the chair, I was immediately told that I could have a blanket during the entire process which instantly added to my comfort level. The night before, I was internally reprimanding myself for not having a stress ball to squeeze during the procedure, as I realized it would be a great substitute for the lack of parental company (I am a baby and held my father's hand during my last root canal, and yes it helped). But, Dr. C is a mind reader, and at the very beginning asked me if I wanted to use one of their on-site stress balls (also masterfully themed after planets). You also have a monitor above perfectly in line with your resting head, which cycles through fun facts about space and the staff (I did not know it rains diamonds on Saturn). There is another fact that stuck out to me, but I will get to that later. One of these slides suggests you can also have streaming shows put on, but I was completely engrossed with the slides and the conversation Dr. C was having with me on common interests that calmed my nerves. As they understood I had a fear of being alone during the procedure, Hannah stayed with me the entire time and made sure I was comfortable. I know this review has been quite long, but I wanted to do justice to acknowledging the countless efforts Celestial Dental makes in the sake of patient care and comfort. If Dr. C was my dentist my whole life, I do not believe I would have ever formed a dental fear. I will be coming back for as many follow ups as possible before I graduate. Furthermore, it has made me consider planning visits to friends still attending the university around a visit to the dentist's office, which is a sentence I never thought I would write. I have never felt more motivated to take care of my teeth, and I credit this motivation to the reverberating care felt throughout the entire Celestial experience. A fact mentioned on one of the slides is that Dr. C attended a Jesuit high school, and seeks to embody their objective of being "men for others". As a fellow attendee of a Jesuit high school, it is rare that I see someone fulfill that mission goal. But Dr. C, by every definition, does. He is truly a man for others and if every office was like his, I believe dentist anxiety would be a thing of the past. If you suffer from said anxiety, Celestial Dental is the clear option.

I had to get a root canal done and Doctor C. And his staff we're amazing. They we're so polite and professional and worked with me as much as they could in a pinch. They did an excellent job and I left very satisfied! Thanks again to Celestial dental!

I highly recommend this place! Every person that works there is incredible! The front staff, hygienist and the dentist treated me so well, you can tell they all truly enjoy their job! The office is decorated in a space theme, very tastefully done! They even offer beverages to their patients. I could keep going on, one of the best practices I have ever been to!

Wouldn’t recommend going here if you aren’t in network. My insurance changed from last year which was covered and they didn’t specify that i wouldn’t get the full amount back i paid up front. I asked 3 different people there because it was a lot of money coming out of pocket when i pay for dental insurance. She did say they would pay their portion but to someone who isn’t in the field and hasn’t been through this before she should’ve explained that better to make sure people understand they will be paying $500 out of pocket for something I thought was fully covered. Very disappointed because Dr. C was great and so was his assistant.

I had a really rough spring. While laid up after surgery on both of my feet, dental work I had just had done a month prior began to fail. The work turned out to be negligent.. and it impacted several teeth throughout my mouth. At 8PM one night in extreme pain, I googled emergency dental care in #RochesterNY and found #CelestialDental. Dr. C texted me from his personal cell throughout the evening to make sure I was ok, and I was then seen first thing the next morning for an emergency root canal. I had already maxed my dental benefit for the year (February) but Dr. C and staff made the procedure(s) I would need to have so much more affordable via their Star⭐️ program. This meant so much, and with all of the work I would end up needing to have done, I literally saved 1000’s of dollars. I spent close to 10k on my teeth this year.. it would have been a fraction of that if I had found Celestial Dental sooner. I cannot recommend this team or their office enough (btw, it’s space themed #fav 💖🚀✨ ). Dr. C’s passion for the tech and science of dental work cannot be matched, and the second you step into the office - you know it. It is BEAUTIFUL, SO CLEAN, and everywhere you look, state of the art. The attention to tech alone is stunning, but what is truly profound is their attention to the client. You will lose count of how often the staff or Dr. C check in to make sure you are OK / if you need anything. The atmosphere is thoughtful, and completely focused on the client experience. TVs / displays at every vantage, you can watch a show while they work, or, my favorite - SEE them work.. as Dr. C pops an image up of what he is looking at in the moment, right on the screen in front of you from his camera. The tech 💙 Dental work / going to the dentist has the capacity to be such a challenge for some, but not for me, or any of Dr. C’s patients. I cannot recommend them enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was very dissatisfied with my experience, actually sickened by it! I saved my hard earned money for 2 crowns, they look horrible, the only way he would replace them is if I went ahead and let him redo 4 other crowns from a previous dentist that look beautiful! He then went on to tell me we’re gotten so much better at crowns since we did yours every time I brush my teeth and look in mirror I just want to cry!

I would HIGHLY recommend this place even if you are completely satisfied with your current dentist. This office has all state of the art technology and equipment. Their astronomy themed decor makes the facility seem interesting and exciting. They even have TVs on the ceilings to give you a distraction while your mouth is getting worked on. Dr. C (the owner) is a super cool and relaxed progessive thinker. He gives personalized care and recommendations to all of his patients. His entire staff all really love their job too. You can tell Dr. C has created a fantastic work environment. I have no doubt this brand will continue to grow and attract new customers. This is dentistry done right!

I am so grateful for Dr C., Rosanna and the hygienists at Celestial Dental. Rosanna called me after hours on a Friday evening to get me in for a desperately needed root canal on Monday morning. Customer service that exceeded every expectation. They took me in and fixed me up when my dentist couldn’t! Well I should now say, my old dentist. I was searching for months for someone who would not only work with my insurance but my health issues as well, then I ran across Celestial dental! From the initial phone contact to the visit every thing was better than I expected! The staff really care and not judge. All around a GREAT VISIT, even though it was the dentist 😀. I have MAJOR anxiety over the dentist but Dr. C and his staff really cared and helped me get through the appointment! I am a fan and return customer! Thank you Dr C and staff!

I had to use my other email to write this review since I couldn't give 5 stars twice from my last major work done 2 years ago! Two years ago Dr. C helped me in the middle of covid with getting fillings done on my teeth from a previous hack job dentist! About two months ago the crown Dr.C did 2 years ago came off. I made an apt and he got me right in! THIS ABSOLUTE PINNICAL OF A MAN, took one look at the failed crown and said to me "I can do better, I have improved so much with my methods since this was done." He penciled me in to have a new crown and re-do the crown surface free of charge! It's so rare to find people this day that take such pride and respect in their work. Hands down THE BEST dental work in NYS. I challenge anyone reading this to find a more professional, calm and knowledgeable group of people then the kind souls at Celestial Dental. From the bottom of my heart to the receptionist, to the staff to Dr. C himself. Thank you! Simply put.

This dentist and his entire staff are amazing! I’ve been to many dentists and this practice in my experience is far superior. Dr Calascibetta listens to patients, has ultra modern equipment, does root canals and other speciality work, including teeth whitening. The office is so comfy and has a clean air system too! Come and have a cup of Java, meet the staff and have a wonderful experience.

Well, I had to have a wisdom tooth removed and chose to go to Celestial Dental because they had SO many positive reviews! Let me tell you something, from the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a sweet, bubbly receptionist who makes you smile instantly. The waiting room doesn’t look like a dental office which is even more comforting. From my consultation to having my tooth removed, it was obvious that they genuinely cared about me and how I felt. They wanted to make sure I was comfortable and ok, and that means the world to me. I have already scheduled a cleaning and will be going back to have another tooth removed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making what was once such a big fear, something that I can now look forward to! ❤️

If you want a master class in reception for your front office staff call up Celestial Dental! They’re Polite, informative, and patient! They create a calming atmosphere. They call you back when they say they will and are straight forward with pricing. I came here because my previous dentists office was booking 3 months out. I called booked my appointment had X-Rays and a cleaning complete within 10 business days. I scheduled and had my work completed within the month. Their star program is also great and saves you money in the long run.

I had made a new patient appointment and arrived on time to be told they never verified my insurance and came to find out they don't accept my insurance to begin with. I specifically asked if they take my insurance before making the appointment and was told they do. So I drove all the way from Farmington to just be told they don't take my insurance and that I would have to pay when it was not my fault I was given false information and that my insurance was never verified beforehand so I wouldn't have to waste my gas or time. Very unprofessional customer service in my opinion. I feel like since it was their fault they should have done something to still be able to see me. I will not be returning and I definitely would not recommend as you may get false information and waste your time.

When you go to out of network clinic, you are not supposed to be happy, but this place will make you happy. I had an emergency dental situation while on a business trip, so I called before flying back to Rochester and got the next day's appointment. Turn out I needed two root canals to be redone. Now ignore the excellent service, the outstanding dentistry, the incredible staff, and the fabulous decorations. Dr. C called me on Saturday morning to ask how I feel. If you can have such a dentist, hold into him 😂

Dr.C is the best Dentist I've ever had and I love the judgement free care the whole team provides. My almost 4 year old has shown so much progress and confidence in her dental health since we started taking her. Dr.C and Marissa always take their time to explain everything to her so she isn't scared and she gets to enjoy one of her favorite movies while they work on her teeth. As a mother it's so relaxing to know dental visits are something she looks forward to and I'm sure my son will feel the same way once he has teeth!

As someone who suffers from severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, I went a few years without going at all. All of a sudden I broke a tooth out of nowhere. Dr. C saw me the next day without even being a patient. I needed to have a lot of work done throughout this past year. My anxiety has pretty much become non existent, and I highly recommend going here. As much as I still don’t *love* going to the dentist Dr. C and Marissa are always great.

I have terrible anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist but Celestial has definitely changed that! Dr. C and Dr. Xavier have been nothing but kind and amazing to work with! Dental assistants and the receptionist staff have been awesome to work with also ✨

I’m extremely dental-phobic so going to the dentist is always a high-anxiety experience for me. Until I went to Celestial Dental! Dr. C and his staff are so kind, patient, and caring. They are very gentle in their approach – but also very thorough. Dr. C took his time, explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. Add to that that the office is stunning and spotless! Dare I say it, for the first time going to the dentist was a relaxing experience! Big thanks to Dr. C and his staff. I will be back – but next time without worry 🙂

Dental work can be embarrassing and stressful, but the team here does just about everything they can to encourage you that just by being there it's making a difference. I had a good amount of work done on my teeth, and throughout the process they were transparent with everything: images, xrays, costs, procedures, etc. It's nice being able to walk away knowing they care just as much about your teeth as they care about you and your comfortability, which I think is sometimes taken for granted. I cannot recommend them enough!

Over my 73 years I've been fortunate to have had mostly good experiences with the different dentists that I've been a patient . Obviously I've liked some more that others but Celestial Dental is by far a cut (or 3) above the rest. Dr. C and his staff are most attentive and I have yet to wait more than five minutes between arrival and being prepped for what ever work I needed to be done. He not only has a great patient Doctor rapport, but his facility, staff and his skills are top notch and state of the art. Dr. C is efficient and completes his work with very little ,if indeed any, wasted motion or time. As technology advances, theoretically, cost should come down and at Celestial Dental that is truly the case....and no...we are not related.

I had a broken molar that was causing me pain. I had called so many dental offices but none seem to perform emergency services. I almost gave up calling around and Celestial Dental was on the list. I called on a Saturday morning and was able to be seen. The receptionist Roxanne was welcoming and assured me I had come to the right place for my dental care. I was seen right away by Dr. C. I went in thinking the tooth needed to be extracted. The first question Dr. C asked was, would I like to save the tooth? That question gave me the BEST impression and I knew I was in good hands.Turned out all I needed was a root canal. Dr. C explained the procedure from start to finish. Dr. C did not disappoint and I found a new dental home.

This is seriously THE best Dentist office I have ever been to. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming! I would recommend anyone living on a budget, any student, anyone without insurance to come here, the pricing is very reasonable - at my previous dentist's office, they quoted me roughly $2k more than Celestial Dental. Many thanks to Rosanna for breaking down the pricing options and for being amazing as well! My experience today was wonderful. I called in for an emergency appointment, and got in fairly quick! I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Xavier and Heather, they were both so friendly and ensured I was feeling okay throughout the whole process (I had a wisdom tooth removal) which took maybe around 10 or so minutes. The whole office environment is amazing too, it's such a fun experience to just be in there. I will definitely be coming back for all my future dental work!

Celestial Dental is out of this world, crazy good. I have had two visits there – one was an urgent appointment, one was a cleaning appointment. During each visit, I felt like I was the only patient there. I received excellent care, attention and information. The atmosphere is welcoming, I did not feel anxious at all and it is a beautiful state of the art office! Dr. C, Heather, Marissa and Rosanna took care of all my needs and concerns. I can’t stop raving about Celestial Dental to my family and friends. Thank you for bringing “stellar” dental care into the 21st Century!

A family member recommended Celestial Dental to me. I had an urgent matter and was already looking to switch over to a new dentist. I called after they had already been closed, and got a call the next morning before they were even open and they fit me in that same day. The staff was absolutely wonderful, from reception to assistants to the doctor. They made my experience very comfortable, and I walked out feeling much less nervous about coming to the dentist. The office itself is just as amazing as their staff. Very professional and caring staff from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Celestial Dental is without a doubt fantastic! They really go out of their way to insure a patients comfort. Not once was I nervous or worried with them. Dr. C and Dr. Morris are the kindest people I’ve met!

Dr C. and Rosanna (God sent receptionist) saved me from unbearable and immense pain in an emergency situation today! While visiting from out of state a tooth with a molar woke me up with more pain than I could ever imagine. I immediately google remedies for teeth pain in the middle of the night only to temporarily hold the pain back. Plan B was to get a hold of a dental office who could help me immediately. Celestial dental was that clinic! I was tempted to call the doctor in the wee hours of the morning but instead I showed up at 8am the next day. Rosanna (the receptionist) was not only encouraging she was a total God send. Getting me right in for x rays and diagnosis from the Dr. Being a sceptic by nature and not always understanding dentists motives Dr C was able to diagnose with pinpoint accuracy my need for both a root canal and crown even offering just to do the root canal and not the crown if I wanted to go back to my Dr. But after understanding he could do a same day crown and I wouldn’t have to wait in addition it would be the highest quality available at this time on the market I went for it and it exceeded my expectations. Being an admirer of Elon Musk and his space efforts I would say Dr C brings both the highest intellect along with a compassionate heart and vision for what dentistry could and truly is capable of becoming. Patient centered with the latest technology and highest of standards. It was a great honor and privilege to be seen and treated. I would recommend anyone seeking a top notch dentist and dentistry experience to seek out making an appointment at celestial dentistry. And by the way they offer Hulu “Live” which meant I didn’t have to miss the Wimbledon semi final while getting the most intense dental work done I have ever endured. I have been going to Dr C for a few years. Every appointment has been fantastic. Celestial Dental is very professional, and also very welcoming. I recently brought my 3 year old— on the way he said “I’m very nervous”. His nervousness subsided when he was greeted with a friendly face/ dental hygienist. She began with offering a fun tooth brush, then explained all the tools in a way a young child would understand. He was then offered a balloon and a surprise. He couldn’t wait to tell of his fun adventure at the dentist!! Wonderful dentist and staff— I highly recommend!

This past year I needed quite a bit of dental work that required a lot of attention. Doc "C" did an excellent job of fixing everything for me. This dentist has a genuine concern for his patients and goes the extra mile for you whenever necessary, As far as I am concerned, Doc "C" is the best dentist anyone can have!

Dr. C is awesome. I walked in with my insurance, no appointment and come to find out the office was actually closed but he saw me with no hesitation. The lady at the desk (I am so sorry I did not catch your name) was phenomenal. I cannot say enough great things about my emergency root canal. (Not something I ever thought I would say). Everything about Celestial Dental is top of the line. I can’t wait to go back and finally have a dentist that really is all about the patient and what they can afford, and coming up with a plan that works. Thank you Dr C and staff. Wonderful dentist. I had to get my wisdom teeth out immediately due to a huge cavity and decay in my one tooth I had 3 removed it took very little time and no pain. I am very happy with this dentist they were so friendly Rosanne made me feel so comfortable I have anxiety and it was a great experience. Thank you guys so much

Staff are very friendly, the facility is very clean and organized. My cleaning, crown, and extraction process were painless. Dr.C also called post-extraction to provide care. Definitely a safe option for dental work.

I had an emergency for an infected tooth that was quite bad. Dr C and Hannah were great, gave me multiple options and kept me comfortable during the whole process. Rosanna was also awesome and probably the nicest receptionist I've ever talked to. This is the first dentist office I've felt comfortable at in many years.

After waiting too long to get an infected crown checked out, Celestial fit me in on the same day I called. The receptionist was immediately in tune with my panicked state and set me instantly at ease by getting my info, insurance and setting my account up. Afterwards I was immediately seen by a dental assistant who captured my x-rays, using the most modern equipment I've ever seen (and I visit the dentist frequently). Doctor C. quickly addressed my fears about pain and explained the root canal procedure every step of the way. We even watched a soothing movie during the operation which turned the nightmare I was dreading into a light at the end of a tunnel! Their team work was exceptional, from start to finish. Highly recommend Celestial Dental to anyone, but especially to those who fear the dentist. It truly is an other-worldy experience!

If you are not in love with your dentist office don’t wait to make the change, you and your mouth won’t regret it! When my previous dentist retired and sold the practice I stayed even though I was not that happy. I tried being loyal and letting them work out the kinks. I should have left when things didn’t fit or feel right. Now our whole family sees Dr. C and I urge you to check him out. His practice is amazing, friendly warm and welcoming. Very flexible hours with nights and weeks, I am able to schedule back to back appointments for me and my son. They have great customer service for the young and young at heart. Dr. C repaired bad dental work I had done previously and educated me a few ways to better my dental hygiene routine. I am so happy we made the switch and you will be too!

Dr. C is the best!!! He’s helped me with two dental emergencies now. The first in the beginning of the pandemic when I couldn’t even get my old office to answer the phone. I liked him so much I switched permanently to him that day. The second was today. Hanna is also the sweetest! She helped entertain the kids while Dr. C stopped my serious pain. Wow! They got me in for an emergency appointment on a Saturday, between MY patients. Dr. C kept apologizing for the novocaine injections, but I seriously didn’t even feel any of them. He took his time with a very tricky extraction, explained & showed me everything along the way, yet I was in & out in just over an hour. When the Novocain wore off, I only took 200mg ibuprofen before bed - no pain, mild discomfort. Office is state-of-the-art, including the air filtration system throughout the entire office. I’m going to continue as a patient once the restrictions are lifted. Best dentist I’ve ever been to - and I’m 62!

Without going into too much detail, Dr. C is hands down the most compassionate and patient centered dentist that I have ever met. He was able to get me into his office for emergency care on the same day that I called. Due to my insurance being out of network, I was unable to have the procedure needed completed with him that day however he was able to identify for me why my mouth was in so much pain. He personally called me the following day to check in on me, offer me pain management and to personally reach out to the endodontist that has cared for me in the past and who does accept my insurance to provide the x-rays that he had obtained. I ended up going into some detail and that is because there are not enough positive words I could say about my experience with Dr.C and his entire office staff at celestial dental. He is passionate, knowledgeable and dedicated to his work and his patients. As soon as I am able, I will be switching my insurance to one that he accepts. You would be lucky to have Dr.C as your dentist!!!!!

Dr. C. Is a true 5+star! I had been suffering with tremendous molar pain that grew worse throughout the days. I feared going for treatment during current crisis, not sure if care was available, about level of treatment& care available or just what to do. I'm so grateful for Dr. C and his staff. He explained my dental situation and step by step repair options, so I was guided in choice and never felt abandoned to deal with pain. I am in my mid 50's and have had many dental (and TMJ) procedures done since I was a teenager. I know how hard it is to find a good dentist (and one that you like and trust). If I could give 10 stars I would. I have been looking for a decent dental office for a very long time. I have had not so great experiences with other dental offices for me and both my kids. I'm thankful to have found Celestial dental. Dr. C. is the best dentist. The office is lovely and modern. There is a refreshment station and a game area and I love the decor. It's elegant and relaxing. I found this office by searching google reviews for dental offices in Monroe county. I decided to contact them for information after going to 3 other places in the past 3 years. Dr. C. Asked right away if I was in any pain. I wasn't but my daughter had a tooth that was bothering her. They scheduled her to be seen right away for an exam and treatment plan. Dr. C. does a wonderful job and he is patient and thorough. Be doesn't rush you and he makes sure you are comfortable and answers any questions that you have. He is the dentist but also does the hygiene appointments and I think that's great because he gets to know your teeth that way. He actually explains why it's important to floss and brush instead of just saying it. He shows you the x-rays and also pics of your teeth using a camera about the size of a toothbrush so you can see where the problem areas are. The pics are very helpful and shows you the surface areas of your teeth. He is very compassionate and isn't a jerk like most dentists that I've had in the past. If you are looking for a great place to go and to take your family give this place a try. I'm glad that I did and I'm finally happy to say that I've found a family dentist! Update! 8.21.2020--- Hi! I wanted to do an update. Yes Dr. C. Is as awesome now as he was when I first went to see him for help. Since earlier this year my daughter has had several cavity fillings and a root canal and cleanings. She loves it there. I have had cleanings and a root canal. The root canal was so painless and smooth. He talks you through it, talks to you and checks on you. I put the tv on for back ground noise. It was a huge help for my nervousness. I mean who wants a root canal?! But I assure you it was a smooth process. When he told me he was finished I was surprised. He's just a great dentist. I'm so thankful for his team and him. I love the front desk staff Rosanne is so sweet!! and everyone there they are so kind to us. I am very pleased. He is a very pleasant dentist, very knowledgeable, very modern but with an old time charm to his work the way he does things the way he checks on you. He makes sure you understand everything. He's really a sweet person, he's a gentleman. I just wanted to add an update. I had a root canal yesterday and you wouldn't know it.

I absolutely love it here! I would rate them more than 5 stars if I could. Firstly, the decor is unreal!!! Very original and true to their name. The receptionist was an absolute peach, very kind and welcoming! My dental hygienist was warm and welcoming and we had great conversation while she was cleaning my teeth which made me much more comfortable. Finally, Dr. C was very kind, professional and informative, he isn't trying to convince you that you need dental work when you don't just for the cash. I have had some awful experiences with some other local dentists and it deterred me from going for a few years. I'm so glad that I found a good fit!

Dr. C. and his team truly offer a world-class dental care experience. As soon as you walk in, you’ll realize this is unlike any practice you’ve been to before. The office, just like the professionals who work there, are bright and welcoming. From the moment you meet Dr. C., it will be evident that he truly cares about his patients. While he definitely has encyclopedic knowledge of what he does, he’s able to break it down for you in a way that’s very easy to follow and understand. Hello, My name is Ben. I went to Celestial dentist for the first time to have a chipped tooth taken care of. My tooth now looks better than it did before it was chipped. The secretary, doctor, and assistant were extremely friendly. Really made me feel "at home." With a history of laziness when it came to brushing as a young kid, came along lots of dentist visits for fillings, root canals, etc. We all know how not fun that kind of stuff is. This office didn't even feel like a dentist office. When you walk in you don't hear drilling or patients groaning in pain. They do a fantastic job of really making your entry to their office take your mind off what's about to go on behind the walls. My name is Meagan, I had a very badly impacted wisdom tooth that was far too large for my mouth, I called Celestial Dental and the secretary was so kind over the phone she re assured me and got me right in, that was only the start of my amazing experience, from the moment I walked in the door every single staff member was above and beyond in not only medical care but kindness and compassion, after this wonderful experience I will never go to another dentist again. The Doctor was so great he talked me through the whole surgery and consistently asked me how I was doing and the man assisting him was also great he was very re assuring and made sure I felt confident before leaving that I would be ok and that everything went great. Guys if you need my dental work not just surgery but anything I highly recommend this place, you can tell from the heart that every single staff member cares about you and love their job and their patients. I had my first dentist appointment today at Celestial, and where do I start. I had a very informative and welcoming visit. The receptionist was friendly, warm and very helpful. More dentists should take the time to care for their patients and explain the dental work their patients need. Dr.C takes the time to truly help his patients and explains everything. Dr.C and his assistants were also amazing. The Doctor did a thorough evaluation of my teeth and I have never had a doctor do that. Celestial Dental is without compare, the most phenomenal dental office I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot! I have never met a more knowledgeable, kind, and caring dentist as Dr C nor a more amazing team he has there. When I first met Dr C a few years ago I was in absolute agony from a plethora of dental issues that spanned decades and gotten to the point that everything in my mouth hurt, severely. I despised everything about my mouth and smile, and had horrific anxiety about going to the dentist. I was humiliated by the appearance of my teeth and it compounded my anxiety tenfold when I thought about getting dental work done. However, Dr C changed ALL of that! From the moment I met him, his main concern was to get me out of pain and secondarily, for me to be happy with myself. I was never a number to him nor was I judged for my situation. I was just a person who desperately needed help, and from someone who sincerely cared. Dr C made me truly believe that he could and would be there to help me. He NEVER gave up on me, even though I had on myself, years prior. He held to his word and with the opening of his new office at Celestial Dental has been able to not only take away pain that I have had for so many years, but given me what I always dreamed of and that is a smile I could be proud of! As if that wasn’t enough, everything in his office was specifically and carefully designed with his patients’ comfort and health in mind. From the instruments being kept from view of the patient, the hospital grade air purifiers, to the TVs on the ceilings so even those who are anxious about being at the dentist can have a great distraction while you are having work done. I have always suffered from extreme anxiety in regards to going to the dentist, yet my last visit I almost forgot I was in a dentist chair because I spent my time snuggled up in a blanket watching a movie while he worked. During that time, Dr C and his team were ALWAYS checking to make sure I was comfortable, both mind and body. In the past, just calling the dentist would cause me such panic that I would only do so when I would have dental pain, so severe I had no other option. Even in that however, they have offered solutions to make you comfortable. I was able to text back and forth with the office with far less anxiety and get my appointments scheduled. Every time I visit, I find it such a heartwarming and happy experience. Knowing that they care so very much about you as a person as well as a patient makes all the difference in the world to me. Now my family, extended family and children are all friends and patients with Dr C and the amazing staff at Celestial Dental!

Celestial Dental's staff and Dr C are friendly and professional. Dr. C's dental practice is state of the art. He is extremely knowledgeable and sensitive to your pain. He took care of a cracked tooth for me although he had to pull the tooth the pain went away. I would recommend Dr. C to anyone who is afraid of going to the dentist. He and is staff will take very good care of you.

The best dental care I have ever experienced!!!!! Professional, courteous, And extremely skillful. Staff was friendly and really made me feel at home. I would highly recommend this place! The kids enjoy the toy wall that’s offered. I called them last minute and explained to them I needed 2 root canals done ASAP! And how my dentist had randomly dropped me. The pain was so unbearable AND i wasn’t even one of there clients. I didn’t know if they could take me ..... Not to mention it was Columbus Day! I decided to give them a call and they took me in immediately! Great place,! These guys know what they are doing and go the extra mile. Very friendly and super relaxed. Not only is the service expert and fast, Price is fair, and they take the time to educate you!!!! For example Docter. C showed me the “Route” he took out of my Molar that was causing all my pain.... Me personally, I’m weird and love that gross stuff but it was cool to have that communication and interaction between each other. The facility is UNBELIEVABLE! From the waiting room you can see how caps Are made and a whole bunch more. The whole facility was decorated beautifully. OH!!! not to mention you sit back and get to enjoy your own tv/ Netflix/Hulu from the ceiling while they work on you. I went in for a wisdom tooth removal and the staff was excellent. When you walk in, the receptionist is super accommodating and friendly. Plus I have severe anxiety and the doctor listened to everything I had to say and made sure I was comfortable. The extraction was virtually painless and quick so if anybody is looking for a dentist, this is the guy. Fantastic work.

I called on 06/17/20 with a tooth ache and spoke at length with Rosanna. She was very professional and very helpful. I knew that being a new patient I might not get an appointment right away, but Rosanna was very concerned about my pain level and wanted to get me in to see Dr. C right away. Needless to say, I had an appointment for the next day; less than 24 hours after I called. When I walked in I was very impressed with the office. You could tell right away that this is a high tech dental office. Even so, to say I was stressed was an understatement. However, Dr. C explained all of my options thoroughly, took care of my tooth on the spot and was very calming in a stressful situation which was greatly appreciated. In addition, after years of being put off for having Sjogrens disease by other dentists, Dr. C took the time to actually listen to me and devise a plan to help me. He now has a patient for life and I will refer him to everyone I know.

Dr. C is the best. The staff are friendly and professional. The atmosphere is upscale and relaxing. I most certainly recommend Celestial Dental, because Dr. C goes above and beyond for his patients.

would give 10 stars if possible!! after a previous dental experience botchered the living bejesus out of my mouth i finally got in an emergency repair on a filling. turned out it was way worse then I thought and i needed 2 fillings and now a root canal! horrid news but they fixed the two fillings and i can FINALLY eat on that side of my mouth again after 6 months! Will be calling back soon for the root canal and crown! A++++ can't rate enough! the follow up call in the evening was a very pleasant surprise and made me feel appreciated as a client!

Amazing Doctor and Great Facility! They really take care of their patients and take their time to look and diagnose. The doctor is very transparent and thorough. I felt very comfortable and i am very confident of the treatment given by Dr. C. I am very grateful that they were able to take the time to help me with my dental problem.

I can't say enough good things about this practice! I called with an urgent need to have a tooth extracted, after being turned down by several other dentists due to COVID shutdown, and thankfully they were able to see me on short notice. The friendly staff understood my concerns and let me send in pictures of the tooth, and Dr. C called me back in less than an hour, and were able to get me in on the same day. Everyone was very understanding and non-judgemental about my situation, and showed genuine concern for my well-being. The facilities look great, and I appreciate the air filtration system during the COVID pandemic! Dr. C explained the options completely so I knew what to expect the entire time, and there was no pain at all when the tooth was pulled. The staff, facility and Dr. C have inspired me to turn over a new leaf and go to the dentist more often, I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I sent a message to the office asking about being seen and with a minute Dr. C called me. My own dentist still hadn't returned my call from 2 days prior. He gave me a prescription for an antibiotic and made an appointment with me. His office is beautiful and relaxing, the staff greeted me when I arrived by name! I was nervous and shaking and the staff immediately picked up on it and kindly helped me calm down. Dr. C brought me back to the Apollo room and gave me the news that the painful tooth had to go. Not the best news but his incredibly kind and comforting manor made the process easy. I laughed and giggled while he pulled my tooth, and I left with a numb goofy smile. I am thankful for Dr. C and his staff for taking care of me during this unconventional time. He has won me over as a patient for life. The compassion I was shown today is something I will not soon forget.

I had been struggling to find any dentists in the area which were open or taking any new patients at all for a chipped tooth/pain, that is, until I contacted Celestial. From the bottom up, this has got to be the best dental experience I've ever had, from the receptionist's quick assistance to get me in, to Dr. C's excellent aid which was provided in such a unique and efficient manner. I was able to come in on the same day and get the exact service as requested within a quick and timely fashion. The location itself is one of the nicest and cleanest I've visited and on top of that, the precautions taken to avoid Covid19 related issues were unmatched (they literally have an air filtration system that filters the room air every 3 minutes). My experience with the Dentist, Dr. C, was alone worth the trip as he made the visit not only as comfortable as possible, but also very enjoyable through his communication during the procedure and overall mannerism. If you're looking for a whole different level of dental care, there is literally no other place I could recommend to you and trust me, I've searched everywhere. It's something you really have to just experience for yourself. Once you've left, you'll most likely find yourself adding another 5 star review to this dental group just as I am now!

Very friendly at the same time professional

I had my first dentist appointment today at Celestial, and where do I start. I had a very informative and welcoming visit. The receptionist was friendly, warm and very helpful. More dentists should take the time to care for their patients and explain the dental work their patients need. Dr.C takes the time to truly help his patients and explains everything. Dr.C and his assistants were also amazing. The Doctor did a thorough evaluation of my teeth, and I have never had a doctor do that before. I have a lot of Dental work that needs to get completed, but I am thankful to God for sending me to Celestial. I would highly recommend Celestial Dental. May God continue to bless you!

I’m extremely dental-phobic so going to the dentist is always a high-anxiety experience for me. Until I went to Celestial Dental! Dr. C and his staff are so kind, patient, and caring. They are very gentle in their approach – but also very thorough. Dr. C explained took his time, explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. Add to that that the office is stunning and spotless! Dare I say it, for the first time going to the dentist was a relaxing experience! Big thanks to Dr. C and his staff. I will be back – but next time without worry 🙂

Took my elderly mom here for a dental emergency. Trying to find the best words to praise this dentist and office. Compassionate, loving, fair, knowledgeable, modern, caring and friendly. Are just the tip of the iceberg. We drove from Bloomfield to see Dr. C. From receptionist to dental assistant and the dentist himself everyone was professional and compassionate to my mom who was scared and worried. A gentle touch and kind words every step of the way.

Just wanted to give dr C a HUGGGGGGE shoutout. I was terrified to go get some dental work done and this guy made me feel not only comfortable but made me feel like we were best friends. My Deepest Gratitude and Highest Recommendation to Celestial Dental. Dr. Calascibetta (Dr. C) and his entire staff are extremely welcoming, accommodating and compassionate. I have never experienced such a wonderful group of people who make an emergency appointment very comfortable. I must say I was quite shocked & relieved that the financial aspect was not top priority; as Is getting the patient comfortable and out of pain first. Dr. C takes the time to listen and talk to you, gives you options and explains everything he is doing as he works so your aware. I’m beyond elated that he can put a needle anywhere in your mouth and you don’t feel anything! While finishing up my appointments I have always received full instructions, any supplies I may need and prescriptions sent to you pharmacy of choice so as not prolong getting you home to rest. The staff is very compassionate, friendly and treat everyone with dignity and go that extra mile to check on you and figure out a solution for each individual. I’ve been to other great dentists but never the “Whole Package” I just can’t seem to find the proper wording to justify my experience! The decor is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean and greeted by name as you walk in the door, providing all safety and surgical quality health provisions for your safety. Both of my appointments Were for Multiple emergency extraction , after hours , amidst the Covid-19 Pandemic. I’m excited to say I will be going to Celestial Dental as a regular patient for all my oral needs! Huge Thank You Dr. C for continuing to relieve my pain. Highly recommend!! Dr. C and his staff truly care! I was in the worst pain I’ve ever experienced and when I called, they got me in within the hour! Then immediately relieved my pain so I could decide what options were best and not feel pressured due to immense pain. They took unbelievable care of me and I walked out feeling so much better! Best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist!

This is the coolest dentist office you’ll ever see. Everyone is so nice and Dr. C did a great job at explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. Being able to watch tv while getting my teeth cleaned was awesome! I definitely recommend Celestial Dental to everyone, I can’t wait to come back!
